I do think owning a home to live in is generally a good idea. The problem is the cost to acquire one, even via a mountain of 30-yr debt, is unaffordable

💯 if i were fortunate enough to be wondering what to do with all muh riches and owned more than one home, i would absolutely sell numbers 2 through X for corn. It’s just logical
