Have you ever tried to radically cut on sugars for 5 days a week? I mean including all sources of sugar - honey, fruits fresh and dried, beverages. And not only sugars but also milk products and seed and flour products.

At least for me, combined with not being a huge fan of our winter weather and not much to do in evenings, man that is hard. And I generally like meat and fish and eggs and all that, and never sweaten coffee and tea anyway, but the body is just screaming "where is my sugar? Give me at least a drop!"
