Canada is forcing podcasts to register with the government in order to be regulated. I know this kind of shit is going on in some shape or form in most western countries at the moment , it is a big push that is going on at the moment to put a cage around the internet , but with that being said , Canada is off the fucking deep end man , they seem to be at the forefront of this kind of shit time and time again .

That is not a criticism of Canadians , at least the ones that can see through this bullshit.

I’ve encountered Canadians working in Michigan and a few I have met don’t necessarily find certain freedoms critical. For example, they may imagine you are a mentally unstable person if you conceal carry. This is related to the information they have access to. I’m not surprised to see this. I hope there will be individuals in Canada spreading alternatives to accessing free speech in the midst of the shift. It’s a sad reality to hear about.
