For Android and iOS:

Depends on your technical level and tolerance to risk:
1. The one who doesn't care to use custodial wallets (your money...):
Go for Wallet of Satoshi (https://www.walletofsatoshi.com/), add it to your profile, it doesn't have the NWC (network wallet connect), but you really don't need it. When you try to zap someone, the wallet will open in mobile clients and the invoice will load, easy and setup free. You are set. (they don't work in USA, unless you use a VPN)
2. The impatient with no time but looking to have a non custodial option plug and play.
The most complete web based non custodial wallet is definitely nostr:nprofile1qqst4qyeqenw7zm0fwjsty68h6cnys5jre2xd8ngqpjv5a2j26s78fspzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujucm0d9hx7uewd9hj75a0pev, https://coinos.io, rich with features, you can receive emails every time you are zapped as well!. Very cool wallet, the dev team rocks, they are doing the good work creating more Bitcoin awareness and helping businesses to accept it.
3. The curious one with not much technical expertise but eager to learn:

4. The tech savvy
4.1. GetAlby running AlbyHub (a bit pricey unless you do all yourself, not my cup of tea, but people in the community loves them)
4.2. npub.cash - get your npub followed by @npub.cash and use it as your wallet address to receive anonymous private LN payments and Cashu payments. You can pay in the wallet web site for a custom address as well (cool)

Coin OS is not non-custodial. It is custodial.
not accurate, it used to be, now you can sign with Nostr using a key signer like Amber, nostr:nprofile1qqst4qyeqenw7zm0fwjsty68h6cnys5jre2xd8ngqpjv5a2j26s78fspzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujucm0d9hx7uewd9hj75a0pev won't have your private key
I don't think that's entirely accurate either. In order for them to accept lightning payments using LNURL (yourname@coinos), they need to take custody of the funds OR use a HODL/zaplocker invoice (like Zeus does). And they don't appear to be doing zaplocker invoices. nostr:npub1h2qfjpnxau9k7ja9qkf50043xfpfy8j5v60xsqryef64y44puwnq28w8ch are you custodial or non-custodial? This is very hard to determine based on your site.
