Yes, queries are proxied through Venice to decentralized GPUs. Returned chats and images are only stored locally in users web browser.

Venice does track IP and basic telemetry data, which can be disabled when using an account.

You can also use VPN without an account to stay more private.

Why don't they accept email aliases?

I use alias email / burner email and it works fine. Maybe they have changed somethings since i signed up.

Just noticed that venice.ai can also be accessed using Tor for additional layer of anonymity.

that's kind of a game changer right there!

they dont accept burner emails

Did you try like a simple login email?

yessir

was under the impression any email-like string would be accepted.

that was not the case.

SimpleLogin email worked for me

Was a month or two ago tho. Maybe they are cracking down. If so I wonder why

Same i signed up 2 months ago with alias email without any issues.

Ii guess they tightened their login process to prevent abuse or bots before their token airdrop.

I'm going to try signing up later today and I'll let you know how it goes!

I use burner email and it works fine.

When did you sign up?

Maybe I'm in the wrong place?

You are on the correct page.

I was able to register new account via Tor and burner email.

Are you using VPN?

sure am.

are you using simplelogin or anonaddy or what?

I tested using Tuta email alias.
