What if the 'wealthy' are those that are closest to the money printer?

Money printing is wealth redistribution...

Right, but what do you do with all those people who have already had their wealth distributed to them?

Connect making money to value creation.

Then those who can't create value, will live up their wealth. This can take multiple generations though.

This might filter out those, who only tend to make money only from redistribution of money on the expense of others.
