I’m certainly not saying that he/she isn’t cared for all I am saying is that ostrich’s are not meant to be ridden - period.

As an animal activist I can assure you that to do this type of thing whether it’s a child or not riding it it is animal abuse. Ostrich’s are not horses.

I have a thought experiment if you’ll entertain it. No worries if not: why are horses meant to be ridden? What if the horse panics and runs 64 separate times before making peace with the rider? Is forced subjection to those 64 attempts abuse? Are elephants meant to be ridden?

Elephants definitely not!

Many wildlife charities are working hard in putting an end to riding these majestic animals.

Horses have the bones and structure to carry weight.
