it feels weird to feel very uncomfortable with very popular people, and be convinced that someone everyone else seems to consider a hero, is actually dangerous to the long term health of the whole community. 🤷

I kinda have always been uncomfortable with the super popular. I just chalked it up to being such an introvert. But I am judgy as shit! 😇
me too, but my own fuck ups keep it balanced.
I always think to myself that these people fail like I do, shit like I do. Levels the plain so I don't feel any different for such people.

im not uncomfortable with popularity or success. there is a very specific kind of person who believes their own opinions so deeply, that they become dangerous with influence. and no, i dont mean trump😆

Most people follow the crowd or the popular people unless they stop, consider and find a really good reason to not follow them. My gut always tells me to do the opposite and stay away from the popular and only do as they do if given a really good reason.
I doubt it is good to be either extreme, but I do think following the crowd and the popular is more likely to get you in trouble.
