Tried a lot of times to acess My Alby account by e-mail. To get a link and check my sats. No link sent to My e-mail and now the site changed. I received a massage telling something about minimum sats. I did not had chance to remove from there. So keep it!

I am trying with your support. No sats. No acess. Only standard answers. I can only imagine the amount of sats there, from Nostr people that had the same problem.
