The he/him she/her profiles can be great though(as long as they match their actual gender).

Shows an ability to conform that ensures a docility and that you’ll be able to squeeze extra hours out of them for free.

I'd overlook a resume that had pronouns on it no matter what they were. It means whoever it is buys into this crap whether they use they/them pronouns or not.
