This is obviously a targeted ad for bitcoiners. As a first attempt it is a little clumsy but I fully expect to see more countries engaging in this.

If you have assets that are borderless countries will compete for your citizenship. I think this is exciting and a new incentive for governments to finally treat citizens as customers rather than just a resource.
