Imo, no. Your using nostr.
But I think for the best experience using amethyst as a client it's best to avoid the nip95 stuff.

Imo yes, amethyst is actually the worst on this issue. It's blocks users for you depending on who your following list blocks. It's v annoying. Hopefully damus will release an android version. There's also plebstr on android. Unfortunately amethyst works the best, but it's close.
