In the United States, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) advise that 4000 IUs of Vitamin D is considered a dangerous level. However, in Oslo, Norway, people often spend most of their day outdoors, and just 30 minutes in the sun can result in the production of 10,000 to 20,000 IUs of Vitamin D. It raises questions about the motivations behind these recommendations and whether they genuinely prioritize public health.

Dangerous for them (NIH).. they want us unhealthy, and in constant search and need of medications, prescriptions and drugs.

It would definitely be inconvenient for governments that need debt slaves to work in cubicles to tell those very slaves the sun is healthy and that they should probably be out living life and not chained to a desk inside...

I speak as a Northern Canadian that packed up everything and moved to Mexico for the sun and health that it provides.

I lived most of my life either hiding inside my house or at work. I was never more unhealthy physically or mentally.

Agreed.

They'll claim ignorance in the end, but I believe that some of these people are actively aware that they're making their population sicker.
