I believe everything depends on the client app you using... I'm using Amethyst and seems like twitter (with some more tools)
Not that I’ve found, but hoping a way evolves
I've been using https://coracle.social on my laptop (Ubuntu OS, with Firefox) more than any other nostr client for a while now. Works more consistently than the others I've tried.
Client app is going to be the thing you’re looking for. Primal is ok at the feeds.
