Vibe coding is essentially just AI assisted coding. You let the AI do the coding, and you give AI the prompts to create what you want.

Vibe coding used to be that, for a short while. Now that all coders use it, even the highly skilled, it's just coding. But I do like AI assisted coding as a better term. "vibe coding" really is a dumb phrase.
