It only fixes it by reducing your need for getting extra jobs. If you're only in fiat land, you'd eventually need to get extra jobs, which would increase your need to have interview's. But thanks to bitcoin, you can get that one fiat job and then put the paycheck in bitcoin and have it give you raises and bonuses so you don't need to have more discussions with your bosses or new employers to survive.
the position comes with equity award, which I would immediately liquidate for more bitcoin

Also, I flake out at the very beginning. I tried applying for jobs recently, but it was so tension inducing and awful that I barely got any applications sent out.
Then I started a job for my husband instead, here in Nostr 😅🤣
