Soft-forks can strengthen the #BTC  network however it’s not compulsory for all participants in the ecosystem to upgrade due to Soft-forks being backward compatible.

To enforce a #BTC  soft-fork, the majority of the miners can accept the upgrade.The best performing miners produce the longest chain.The longest chain is accepted by the Nodes.

These Nodes add the blocks of txn’s to the TimeChains Ledger.
