I use it with nos2x on Firefox (Librewolf), if I'm not mistaken 46 is about one type of bunker, maybe this one allows users to use without it? https://metadata.nostr.com/ , but I'm not sure if it can retrieve lost followers.

https://github.com/fiatjaf/nos2x, there's also a version for Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nos2x-fox/
