I’ve deleted all legacy social media from my iPhone - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc
I just have them on my second (Android) phone, JUST to wish people on their birthdays and to stay connected with old friends
Otherwise, I have lost all interest in legacy media now

All you have left to do is switch from iOS to GrapheneOS, and you won't be just another cash cow that this company can milk to make more money
