I wouldn't touch the margarine and oils (other than cold pressed olive oil) altogether.

Don't agree with the "irritants" category either. Garlic and onion/shallots are very good. The rest is fine.

I'd rather see a "healthy for life" than a "fit for life" chart though.

Margarine is deadly. Absolute man made nonsense. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I know many people who use garlic to improve health outcomes. Different strokes for many folks.
