I used to allow toxic people into my life. Energy vampires who ridiculed & belittled me.

Life didn't get better until I cut them off completely.

Respect yourself and be assertive. Don't allow these types to drag you down.

They are the worse. Leeches is what I call them. They leech off your energy, your happiness, your calmness.

It's a shame there's almost always somebody like that in any family.
