@khanumarfa ji, Encounter is a means of self-defense by the police in response to an attack by the alleged criminals like #AtiqAhmed and #AsadAhmed

It might be a subject of debate but the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India itself has held that police encounters are permissible in cases of self-defense or in order to prevent a dangerous criminal from escaping.

And in this case @Uppolice has followed all the guidelines and procedures while conducting this encounter.

There is no doubt that Section 96 (Right of private defense of body and property), Section 100 (When the right of private defense of the body extends to causing death) has come into effect in #AsadAhmedEncounter

At last, it is not the question about whom we hate to but the safety of those whom we love.
