Replying to Avatar Space Cake

What features we will lose though? One of the last iOS updates I lost the ability to sync music using iTunes because all of a sudden I needed to “update iTunes” which just actually bricked my iTunes because my MacBook is old and no longer officially supported. Gotta love planned obsolescence

This is why I have my hand built desktop environment in nixos. It’s my happy place that noone can change from under me.

I don’t really use my mac as my daily driver, I don’t trust big tech to not screw up my dev environment with every update.

Oh Yeah that MacBook happily runs the latest fedora and my main machine is running Ubuntu. I only kept macOS to move music to my iPhone and now I cannot even do that
