If you haven’t already, purge seed oils from your diet (canola, sunflower, safflower, etc). One of the secret causes of weight gain / retention.

They are everywhere, especially in restaurant food.

Go through your fridge too (margarine, salad dressings, etc).

Also, you need to drain the glycogen from your muscles so that they can absorb blood sugar. Walks don’t do that as effectively as lifting heavy weights. If you don’t drain the glycogen from your muscles, then blood sugar gets stored as fat.

this is folklore. depleting glycogen stores from your muscles is called bonking. It can wind you up in an ER. What Will is overcoming with his diligence is insulin resistance.

Depleting glycogen is just a normal process and how your muscles use glucose. Glucose has to go somewhere, right? (Into your muscles or stored as fat).

Also, more on seed oils
