Not at all the same but one of my favorite time travel related films is About Time. Mainly because with SciFi I am always forced to think about the mechanics of time travel and am often disappointed in the way it "works" in thisor that fictional universe, but with this movie–a very thoughtful romantic comedy–I can enjoy it as part of the plot without it distracting from the story.

Or, time is a clothes line that joins at the ends. You never know where you are on that line, and the temptation is to invent your reality. Something like that. It made sense at the time.
