Personally I think it happens by demonetizing real estate somewhat.

I think with bitcoin acting like a black hole and sucking some of the financilization we see in that market it would make homes affordable for the common person again.

The key unknown factor here is how long will it take for people to switch away from real estate and the stock markets (as stores of value) to Bitcoin.
