The reverence I have for founders is the highest I have to offer. Starting company is the most difficult thing in the World because managing your own psychology is something you’d never guess was the hardest part.

It’s very isolating, lonely and when these feelings sap your energy it’s clear you need to manufacture energy even if it’s fake. It’s rare that you actually get to work on the things you thought you’d work on when you start one. So the default thinking is often “what the fuck did I get into here!?”

NOSTR is a killer use case to me because of how easy it is to zap and help the people that are actually doing the shit it takes to make the World a better place.

Bitching about NOSTR growth is a dead giveaway that you don’t have the chops to start a company that will endure.

If you want NOSTR to grow and you don’t want to start a company then help by creating too good to be true experiences for the founders that are already here. They will either tell other great founded to come here or they will leave.

Hey sir ⚡️☕️🇨🇴 good afternoon 😎🤟🏻

GA sir

I wanted to ask you if you would like to try my delicious coffee ⚡️☕️🇨🇴 I have a distributor in the USA 🇺🇸 and shipping is cheap. You would help me a lot 🙏🏻

Can you share information about the farm and beans?

Yes sir, coffee is grown at 1750 m.a.a.s.l. in Santa Barbara, Colombia 🇨🇴

The coffee has a score of 84 points in the SCA. And the roast is medium and has chocolate flavor notes. I sell 12oz/340g. It is a very delicious Artisan coffee 😋

💯% Colombian Specialty Coffee.

It is a coffee worth trying and you would be very supportive of my venture. Thanks for asking. 🙏🏻🇺🇸🇨🇴

Psychology plays a huge role in all of this. Another key piece is building that desire for consistency and discipline - it’s really a prerequisite. Only then can you move on to starting a business. And the truth is that you won’t succeed on the first try. All first attempts feel “stupid” in a way, but it’s through trial and error that you’re guided to what actually works for you.

I’m always happy to hear from others who’ve felt inspired by the handwritten notes I include with my orders. What surprises me is how many people still don’t do this. If you’ve truly put time into your craft, then take that final step and show your appreciation. A simple “thank you” in your handwriting is proof of your human touch - and of your humility.

I would appreciate your support if you have a moment to read into my research - thank you !

Excellent update

Founders are the real MVPs, juggling chaos and isolation like pros. When I see posts like this, I’m reminded how rare it is to find a used yacht for sale that’s as reliable as a good mindset—check this one out: https://www.yachttrading.com/used-yachts-for-sale/. Solid foundations make all the difference.
