I continue to do my personal bio hacking and n=1 experiments. Anyone else have an enthusiasm for self experimentation? For context, I try stuff like cold water therapy, carnivore, intermittent fasting and circadian rhythm stuff. I’m not good at any of them but I’ve learned a lot so far.
