Yes at least as far as we know and I didn't mention the fire sale, mainstream media did so maybe they're watching too many movies. Like the new mission impossible with it's Entity.

A fire sale would be a large scale attack on the entire infrastructure of a country. Finance, telecommunication, electric grid. it all has to go, hence fire sale. It's also a story.

Also, maybe do your own fucking research on the subject. Is a fire sale like in that movie fiction? Absolutely. But coordinated Cyberattacks are a reality so go do your research and deal with reality. Then tell mainstream news to fuck off like I tell you
