Had an unpleasant experience by the server of a chocolate shop in Zurich airport. I am 99.9999% sure this person either has impulse control disorders or is a racist.

But this is what I think to myself nowadays: for every hater I encounter, I will create 10 more friends in my life. Eventually, my friends will out number haters.
