Under-desk walking pads (i.e. treadmills that donβt go very fast) are a great hack for anyone who enjoys walking meetings but needs their computer during and/or anyone who lives in the Midwest where rain/snow make outdoor walking meetings impractical for much of the year.
I did 20,000+ steps without even realizing it today over the course of a few meetings.
You can get walking pads for a couple hundred bucks on Amazon and they are absolutely worth it.
