Reddit is a bankster psy-op where people go to look for (unbeknownst to then manufactured) “social consensus”
This also explains why the 100k level has been so difficult to break. Many lettuce hands out there
I don't regret buying things with my savings, but that's because I am a heavy saver and I always will be.
1. Learn and honest skill.
2. Produce value for the world.
3. Save in #Bitcoin.
4. Save much more than you consume.
5. Purchase only the essentials.
For me, a home was essential for starting and raising a family, and buying it outright minimized red tape and counterparties.
YMMV

What’s the point of having bitcoin if you don’t use it for things you need in life ?
Did this happen the day after the day before yesterday? Or did it happen yesterday? Or did it happen summer ten years ago?
Happened at 100k
In my opinion, real estate is terrible investment -- you can't move it, all the tax vultures know where it is, and are always conniving how to scrape value off of it and away from you, hostile tribes may take over your neighborhood at any time, and plus it's always needing repairs. And going into bank debt to get a home is even worse. But still, one needs a family base for living and raising children, and NOT owning such has serious downsides, too. So I say wait until you can buy your far-away-from-invaders dream home outright and still keep 90+ per cent. of your BTC.
