Isle of Dogs was cool in the theater. But I think I looked it better my cm second watch after knowing what happens in the story, because on my first watch I kept prepping myself for an emotional dog death plus the animation reminded me of Anomalisa which is a fantastic but heartbreaking film.

It gave me a sad feeling too! The music playing during the exhibit and the sets made me feel like I was setting myself up for a sad film 😭🙏🏽 but you watching it twice makes me think it’s not so bad 🥹
Have not see Anonalisa 🤔 will definitely add that to my list
