When I was in kindergarten/prep I found 5 gumnuts walking to school with mum. I stuffed them into my pockets because I'd never seen them before & nobody seemed to own them.

I was so happy to have them. I really thought they were strange, wonderful things. I excitedly showed them off to the boys at school & ended up selling them all to Omar for 20¢ each.

My mum made me give the $1 coin back to Omar the next day. He got to keep the gumnuts & the $1.
