I have separated my money from the state.

In fact, with #bitcoin, I have separated my money from theft, inflation, taxation, scams, banks and ponzi schemes.

No one will know I have bitcoin, and if they do, they don't know how much I own.

Bitcoin is what protects me and my future.

Unfortunately not where I live.

I sell tiny amounts of bitcoin every year to get cash to cover everyday expenses.

am dreaming of places like that where completely UNBANKED survival is possible - San Salvador or Uvita ... or something close like where merchants LEGALLY accept BTC payments at least

I agree. But until we're able to reach that state, I discovered the more frugal you are, the faster you can reach such goals.

Discover buying non KYC free gift cards for stores with sats.

I underestimated the power off this until someone pointed out that you can buy the gift card at the point of sale. This reduces the amount you have sitting in the store's shitcoin vouchers.

$47 worth of goods - buy a $50 voucher & wear the $3 difference as a premium for spending your Bitcoin there.

Not ideal, but very powerful.
