It is possible sure. However keep in mind that this is just hiding.

I'm talking about moving away from hiding and instead transcending physical locations,

Arweave, Session, Bastyon videos all pay nodes to BitTorrent the data. So it's not dependent on a spot the government can stop.

I'm NOT saying we should all be living on the darkweb. I'm saying rethink the structure of internet to openly defy.

In my opinion, the dark web should be used more than it is. If there weren't so many damn cloudflare sites, I would consider running all of my traffic over the dark web at all times. I'm of the opinion that absolutely every website you possibly visit should only have a .onion or .I2P domain extension.

The darkweb is fine. I use Nostr Tor Onion Relays. What I'm saying is moving away from a single server for anything. Tor Onions once discovered have the private key.

SimpleX sort of does this... it does allow you to change what relays you speak to the person on. So for the purpose of hiding, it's pretty good.

For the purpose of replacing an email list, with censorship, Session is better tho. For the reasons explained above in our thread, as well as the article. It's not only no physical locations with torrents, but you get an undo button with the blockchain DNS.
