every discrimination that is not a violent attack is just expression of free speech, and is always good.

discrimination is a thought process so it's never a violent attack
to compel or prohibit someone to do anything is a violent attack, either performed using coercion (threat against different action) or direct threat... doesn't even matter if they would prefer the action choice of the attacker, it's still an attack
