Seriously though, my experiences running Breez have also been frustrating. The syncing takes so long and if my phone goes to sleep or I put the app into the background it stops. I could never make it work for me, so I ended up using other Lightning wallets.
Merely anecdotally, Breez has been the best and most stable experience of the bunch for me for the past 2 years 😂 I’ve had other people tell me the opposite too though, that it didn’t work for them. Not sure what makes the difference.

are you using Android or iOS? and yes, Neutrino takes longer to sync.
iOS. Is there any way to speed up the syncing process?
Open the app frequently
and don't force close the app to allow it to sync in the background

If the sats are back on chain I don’t think they will show in your wallet. You will probably need to recover them from the seed phrase backup. At least that’s how it works with Phoenix.

When you created your Breez wallet did you back up your seed phrase? That’s where your sats would be found.
It looks like when your channel closed the fee was 19942 sats so there’s only 15834 sats coming back to you. It would cost that much to move them right now.
