Over 4 months enjoying the magic of carnivore/very low carb. I'm going to have to shop for a new belt right away. I'm going to hold off on pants and shirts although I can definitely go down at least a full size.

I know I didn't post a full body picture, but the reality is the metabolic function, energy, cognitive function, lowered inflammation, and body composition changes are more dramatic for me than the weight loss. And these were all things I felt like I just couldn't make much progress on in spite of my knowledge and efforts.

Amazing! Great work! I was wondering, your profile doesn't show followers or following. What app do you use to access NOSTR? I am trying to figure out if there is a setting where you can hide the followers or following or how people are doing it. Any info would be appreciated!

I didn't realize it was hidden. I'm not sure if it's hidden for everyone or if it's just slow to load, or maybe only available through certain relays. I'm on amethyst mostly.
