I have one of those in 9mm fun little gun. I would think running +p if it handles it would be fine
Always carry, it’s a good habit to keep. I keep a .22 derringer in my pocket at all times. I call it my “ear gun.” Because if I end up on my back I’m going to stick it in the ear of whoever is on top of me and pull the trigger.
