Very busy network, or are these txs violating one of the Inquisition soft fork rules? (which the default Bitcoin Core client doesn't enforce, but the 2-of-2 miners do).
Busy. Think it's a combo of fiamma and someone deliberately trying to push fee rates up. Also blocks are artificially small. (Inquisition enforces fewer rules for relay/block template inclusion than core, not more) Some txs in mempool.space are missing from my nodes and don't seem to be being rebroadcast though.
