Peer to peer. In person. I also feel like some nostr contacts are trust worthy enough to buys sats from... If they are willing to sell some. Or how about create something valuable and maybe someone will pay you in sats

There is also Bisq2 and Vexl that were not mentioned. Also if you labor or sell stuff to others consider accepting payment for your goods or services in Bitcoin at a discount. Like $80 in fiat or $40 in bitcoin.
