I know we're not supposed to care about "price action," but I'm struggling to make sense of "what the market is telling us." Strategic Bitcoin Reserves being announced by people with access to the money printer, and bitcoin is "down" from its ATH? ...make it make sense.

n.b., I am not looking to sell. I am looking to see bitcoin take over.
