I used to work at an ice cream store in high school and it had satellite radio always on the same station everyday. Any time a song comes up that was on that station it reminds me of those days lol and it’s terrible

Yeah, sounds are a trigger. Every time I hear an office phone with the same ring, it takes me back to old workplaces with communal phones and all the office politics around who answers it. 😬
