Yup, I use Alby. Nos2x-Fox gets really spammy when loading DMs if you have a lot of past DMs it is trying to decrypt. Starts popping up separate request dialogues for every request... It should be updated to wait to send any more requests until the first has been approved or denied, with the option to approve future requests of the same kind automatically.
With web-apps that allow me to do so, I have been moving to remote signing via Amber on my phone. This works really well with anything you install as a PWA, since those don't always have access to your extensions.

I use it on brave and it works pretty good. I love how simple it is I don't really need much.
