It makes me wonder if the new bills will be trickling in from oh, I don’t know…Ukraine maybe? Military contractors? Mercenaries? The targets of CIA operations? It’s difficult to run the largest imperialist empire in the history of humanity without cash.

Central America too. It’s a well established method used to topple uncooperative governments in resource rich countries.
