Need help.

I have a Galaxy A11 and can't remember the pin to unlock the phone.

I held the power and vol down buttons until vibrate then held down the volume up button (not releasing the power button). I should have been able to get to the factory reset screen but every time it gives me the Download page screen.

Any ideas or other tricks?

With your device powered off, press and hold the Volume up and Side buttons simultaneously until the Android Recovery screen appears. Press the Volume down button until Wipe data/factory reset is highlighted, then press the Side button.

Can't power it off because my son forgot his pin. The A11 is forcing a pin to be able to power down the phone.
