Just look up what's he's done to the Hawaiian island of Lanai after he bought 98% of the island.. Basically he's running it all like an old company town (think terrible coal mining companies back in the day) where he owns everything and the workers are like indentured servants. If they stop working for him they're immediately evicted.

Pretty much every small business is gone and replaced with something he owns.

Its a good study to understand how these people operate and see the world
