A dangerous trend that will almost certainly end with requiring digital ID as a prequisite for internet access.
The digital ID was rolled out in Australia a few years ago. I knew then it was only a matter of time- as down under seems to be testing ground for a lot of this crap.

what I have observed is every time the 5 eyes have a meeting either Australia, NZ or Canada come out with some "policy" and then it creeps in everywhere beware the 5 eyes....
