ATAK/CivTAK, WinTAK,WebTAK and TAKServer (collectively, TAK) is a set of powerful enterprise-quality geospatial collaboration tools. The system was developed by the Air Force Research Laboratory, and was initially conceived as a tool for military collaboration and a plan for technology transfer to the public at large, under 15 USC § 3710 “
